Como ya sabéis haarp es el programa que controla actualmente el clima de la Tierra, produciendo, sol, lluvia, sequía, nieve, lo que se quiera, tiene la capacidad de producir terremotos y Tsunamis, así como detenerlos antes de que ocurran, a esto en círculos científicos le llaman Geoingeniería

Para facilitar que las ondas de baja frecuencia del programa haarp lleguen a todos los rincones de la tierra, se utilizan torres de repetidores de frecuencia (Torres Gween) y BARIO, el bario es un metal electro-conductista con el que rocían los cielos de todo el planeta "Chemtrails"

Ya en su resolución de 28 de enero de 1999 sobre medio ambiente, seguridad y política exterior (A4-0005/1999) , el Parlamento Europeo señalaba que el programa HAARP manipulaba el medio ambiente con fines militares y solicitaba que HAARP, puesto que planteaba un problema de envergadura mundial (apartado 24), fuese objeto de una evaluación por parte de STOA en lo que se refería a sus repercusiones sobre el medio ambiente local y mundial y sobre la salud pública en general.
